We have a strict process when we accuire products on our site. They have to fall into specific guidelines to ensure they meet our standards. So, reading labels is something we have become experts in!

Here's the breakdown:

Serving Size: This is to help you know the amount in that specific serving size. 

These measurements will help you calculate the amount of nutrients that are going in your body with each serving size. Please remember, this is not a recommendation of how much you should eat! 

Calories: Knowing the amount of calories that are in each serving size will help you know how much energy you will get by eating this portion. 

Nutrients: This section will help you know some of the key ingredients that will impact your health in one serving. You can use this to personalize your diet depending on which nutrients your body needs more of. 

% Daily Value: The percent daily value means the amount of nutrients that contribute to your daily diet. This percentage shows how many nutrients are in one serving of food. The best part is, the math is already done for you, so you don’t have to!

Don't forget to look for a Certified Organic label to know that your food is non-GMO!
