How do I become a verified buyer on H2O?

In order to become a verified buyer, you will need to provide documents so we can verify you qualify as a retailer, supermarket, health and wellness store, beauty salon, clean beauty store, sustainable fashion store, restaurant, manufacturer business buyer.

You can do this by simply uploading documents such as your business license, registration certificate, lease agreement, canceled cheque or any other documents proving your status.

Where is H2O available?

H2O is currently available in the US and India; however, we’re working to expand our presence to many more places.

How can I order products on H2O?

Once you are a verified buyer, you can browse categories of products and add them to your cart. Save your items for later or buy them immediately!
You will also have the option to subscribe to products and schedule their delivery at defined intervals (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).

Schedules can be changed or canceled at any time.

Who can order at H20?

If you are a retailer, supermarket, pharmacy, retailer, beauty spa, restaurant, café and manufacturer, health and wellness store, beauty salon, clean beauty store, sustainable fashion store operating with a physical location in the US and India, you are eligible to buy products on H2O or an e-commerce store selling directly to end consumers.

Unfortunately, H2O hub doesn’t offer any products or services for traders or end-consumers at this time.

Eligible buyers must adhere to the terms of purchase such as return policy and shipping policy of every brand.

How do returns work?

H2O offers free returns, no questions asked, on every first order with any brand’s products that are unused and are in perfect condition, with the exception of

• perishables
• customized products for your specific needs (e.g. private label)
• bulk ingredients

if returned within the return window (see product description for every first order return window, varies from 7 days to 60 days).

Free Testers or Free sample items are not authorized for any returns. Any damaged products or wrong products sent can be returned based on individual sellers’ return policy which will be described on the product description page.

How do I pay for orders?

Buyers can pay through debit, credit or bank account depending on your sector.

If you are eligible for Net-60 credit terms, you can buy now and pay later.

Apply now as a buyer, and we will request additional information so we can check if you are eligible for it all.

What are net 60 terms?

To pay an invoice with net-60 terms means that you have 60 days to pay the net total of your bill.

You can think of this simply as a buy now, pay later payment structure. And we offer this at no extra fee for eligible buyers.

When will I receive my orders?

On average, products will arrive at your store within two weeks from your order date for domestic and 4 weeks for international. The expected shipping and delivery dates will be updated in your "Orders" tab on finalizing your order.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

H2O provides negotiated rates as we work with a number of customers and deal in volumes.

That being said, you will need to pay for shipping the cost of which will be shown in the cart.

Does H2O support dropshipping?

H2O does not offer dropshipping to retailers as of now.

You will need to provide a valid, physical address to receive the product that you order on our site upon signing up.

Haven’t opened yet? You can still order!

You may place orders before your official opening. However, you have to furnish additional information such as Registration number, sales tax ID paperwork, bank statements, canceled cheque, and lease agreements to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Can I refer and get rewarded?

Refer your friends to products that you already ordered and get rewarded in the form of discounts and rebates on your future purchases.

How do you ensure the quality of the products?

Even though we sell many products, we handpick every one of them carefully.

We have a rigorous 21-step process that we run every seller through.

Each seller needs to meet the criteria and our quality team performs random checks on the products and report any quality issues.

You can report any quality issues from your customers, we will be very prompt and serious on those to ensure they solve the issue immediately.

What data do you need from us for your AI to work?

We work with brands and sellers to facilitate the lowest wholesale price so that you can compete with other big-box retailers.

Since we work with many retailers like yourself, we have the best leverage to negotiate. Our sellers have agreed to offer the lowest price for their product upon a subscription to their products.
