Orchard Lane Organic Tomato Ketchups and sauces are made from certified organic tomatoes native to south India. There are no preservatives or chemicals used in making it. We use the best quality tomatoes and use the old fashioned way of stirring the tomato sauce. Result is a ketchup that is thick, delicious and as healthy as tomatoes can be. The word ketchup by definition means a thick puree that is made just from tomatoes, spices and vinegar. On the other hand- Sauce refers to a concoction of tomatoes, fruits like plums and herbs, spices and seasoned with vinegar, sugar or oil.
