Did you recently become vegan? 

Congrats! I'm sure you're feeling better from within. 

But, I bet you've come along an issue... A gassy one, might I add. 

Yup. I'm talking about farts. Whoops, is that TMI? It's okay. It's normal! 

People who transition into a vegan lifestyle may notice an increase in their daily toots. 

This usually happens because there's an increase in high fiber foods in their diet! Well, we're here to save the day. 

Here are some tips on how to keep the tooting to a minimum: 

1. Increase your high fiber intake at a slow pace 

2. Eat smaller portions and eat them slowly 

3. Excercise to help with digestion 

4. Log your meals to point out what it does to your body Hope this helps!
